Escalated? Do you know what that word means?

<p>Still waiting for my order</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom was running a special at the start of April when I placed an order for a Mi-fi router and data bundle.</p> <p>I have still not received my order or any news about it. The more I try to find out what is going on, the less feedback I get.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received an email 2 weeks ago notifying me that my complaint has been escalated but I have not received any informative communication after that at all. I pester them every few days but the the complaints department is unable to help me and the sales department is refusing to talk to me.</p>
