*****ery on contract

I had a 24months cellphone contract with Telkom, R269 per month, contract ended 28 Sep 2023 and I personally went to end and cancel the contract at Liberty Midlands Mall branch, end of October was charged R99 of which I don't know what was it for, contacted Telkom and was told my contract was officially ending October was promised that my contract is now cancelled. As of today 31st December 2023 a debit order of R202,70 is also being deducted of which I have no idea as well what is for as my contract was canceled, really so upsetting!
