Erratic email service

I have had a number of contacts, after extended waiting for the telephone to be answered, with Telkom with regard to not being able to send emails on a regular basis. The service is on and off and erratic.<br> I get told that there is a problem with the server and the technicians are working on it which has been going on for over two weeks. Well if the technicians can't fix the problem after two weeks fire them and get others or Telkom must admit they can't offer a proper email service and let other more competent companies do the job.
