This has been the worst experience I have had in many years with any company. They did not honour the contract I had with them after I assisted to get Fibre installed in my area. They have been haunting me and sending bullying texts. They handed me over to lawyers as soon as I started to question the contracts. This is complex and a supervisor should contact me and actually handle the two accounts which are on my name. Cancellation was started in May and still money is deducted from my account.
