After being extremely disappointed with the service experienced at various branches visited for a proof of purchase, I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter.<br> After waiting a few days I get a call from a very professional and helpful gentleman named Eric Genge. He spoke in an polite manner and was so extremely patient assuring me that he would do everything he could to assist, understanding my frustration. 36 hours later, I have my proof of purchase and am able to have my phone booked in at Samsung. <br> One week later Eric gives me a call again to follow up, by thus time I am completely blown away by this consultants service that I have no choice but to come back here and turn my complaint into a compliment.<br> Eric, many can learn from you. You have exceeded my expectations and I am truly thankful for you wonderful assistance. I hope you grow in your career and that keep providing this level of service to all your clients.
