Epitomy of bad service

My service has been unexpectedly suspended without any directive. After visiting the Garden Route mall branch and dealing directly with Shenice Zindahl I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service. She refused to provide me with contact details of someone that will be able to assist me, mentioning that she'll lose her job if she does. What??? If there is anyone willing to help, please give me a call asap or otherwise I'll have to take matters into my own hands.
