Enough is Enough - When will this stop!?!?!?!

For over a MONTH I have been waiting for Telkom to sort out the fact that some inept, *********** sales rep went and processed an order without my consent after he could not deliver what was promised. I CANCELLED the order and it was STILL processed and I was billed over R700.00 for internet that DID NOT WORK and now I got a bill for R2000.00 because I CANCELLED A SERVICE I NEVER WANTED!!! Now I have to pay penalties for something I didn't want!!! I have already posted one Hello Peter report because of the illegitimate service I was billed for, and this has STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I am giving Telkom to the end of this week or I am going to phone every lawyer in the book, and the CPA and really start becoming your worst nightmare. I am really really angry about this useless service and blatant disregard for the people that keep their doors open. <br> And don't even try to log a dispute, the site has been conveniently down for a week.
