Enough is enough

Today I waited the whole day for telkom technician to come install line which we waited already for 3 weeks. Two weeks ago he broke the appointment without calling us. Today he says he pitched up but we weren't. Why is he lying? I was here the whole day and no one pitched up. Telkom technicians r *****. They make appointments for Friday so they can go home early. They think we r stupid. I'm sick and tired of their excuses. Now I will let my lawyers handle this matter. I will not be bound by their contract. Irresponsible ppl r working in telkom. Enough is enough.
