Engineer cut my line fixing anothers

<p>Telkom Engineers came out to correct an issue with my neighbours line on the 24th and they cut my line in order to resolve the issue. The line is physically hanging out of the box.</p> <p>I have logged faults with Telekom and still have not received any response nor have they corrected the issue they created.</p> <p>Customer services simply transfer me from agent to agent and managers are never available to speak to.</p> <p>This is by far the lowest incident Telkom have been responsible for by far</p>
