Endless waiting for device!

I app**** for a new mobile contract online on the 10th of March. My money has been deducted and I haven't received my phone. I have followed up three times, but your call centre operatives are useless. Apparently the delivery validation team has been trying to validate the address now since the 23rd of March and no one can follow up with them to find out what is going on. I need this device for work purposes and it is really ridiculous for a process to take so long!
