Endless problems with Telkom

My phone got suspended because I owed R85.00 which I was not aware of😳 Been with Telkom for almost 10years, last few years I’ve been having endless problems with Telkom. In December 3weeks before my overseas trip I send an application to roam and never got a response from them till today. I’m closing my account and moving elsewhere. I’m still struggling to get my phone working after I’ve paid that R85.
