Endless hassles with Telkom

<p>My telephone line and ADSL has been down for a week already. No technician bothers to give me an update on my fault logged. Whes the customer service???? </p> <p>I have to keep calling enquiries to see what's happening with the call I logged. I keep hearing promises but still nobody calls me with the correct information. I am so sick and tired of always having endless hassles month after month. I pay my account on time like it should be done but when it comes to service delivery it doesn't exist!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>What do I do with no assistance from anyone?</p> <p> </p> <p>Only my time is wasted and Im inconvenienced.</p>
