Endless harassment by Telkom

I have been endlessly harassed by Telkom over an account that I cancelled year ago! They hand the account over to different companies where I have to explain myself endlessly. Please stop the harassment!! Enough is enough! You claim that you record all calls- well, please follow the loooooong trail of conversations I have had with your people and leave me alone!
