Endless Billing Issue

Hi For the past 11 months i have had to phone telkom every month because of a extra charge for a add on internet bundle that i did not subscribed to. Every month the statement comes and it is there on my account. They do offer me a credit but they never fix the problem. They do not even give me the DATA I payed for .... it is just there on my statement *****ing my money"

I do not need the data ..... that is why i did not subscribe for the add on bundle. I cannot wait for my contract to end so that i can get rid of this service. How can you expect me to phone you every month to ask you for my money back !

Stay away from telkom !!!!! Great network ......Horrible service and support
