Ended Contract

I've ended my telkom sim card contract after struggling for weeks trying to do sim swap with Telkom. I went to two telkom stores in two consecutive weeks trying to do sim swap. Those two weeks I was told that I could not be assisted because their systems were offline on the 3rd week of Jan 2024. I went to Telkom store at Ghandi Square seeking for help and I didn't receive it. That's when I ended my contract because I was not willing to pay for service that I did not even use. Really disappointed with Telkom service I've been with Telkom for almost 3 years and the service I receive last month made me lose interest. Even though I still have contract phone with them but I'm not happy.
