Endeavor to resolve within 2 Days?

<p>On the 6 of July our internet went down and telkom was able to recognize this and log a call onbehalf of us. Thanks for that. But the issue is still persisting . We have been up for maybe two days in the last eight days. Please guys can we have this sorted out asap.</p>
