I received the email you sent to Nudebt, informing them that my contract has been cancelled, but it doesn't state that they should close my case on their side......</p> <p>I am also still waiting for my de-listing letter from Shaun!!!</p> <p>Friday morning, I received another SMS from Nudebt, informing me, my account is in arrears, I have to make a payment or they will list me - REALLY???? When I called them, the email has not been noted on my case file, and the lady, whom received the email is out of the office - CONVENIENT??</p> <p>Please send the email to: ********** as well as **********</p> <p>WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO HAVE THIS CASE RESOLVED????? LAWYERS MAYBE?</p> <p>That is my next step. I WANT MY DE-LISTING LETTER AND MY CASE CLOSED BY MONDAY OR MY LAWYERS WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH TELKOM. And I will not only be asking for this case to be closed, but also the costs involved.</p>
