Empty promises Telkom

I am waiting from Wednesday for a technician to sort out my line as promised by your call centre. As per your call centre a technician was supposed to come on the day I waited for him like a fool. You are so quick to cut a line when payment is not made on time why can't your service for your customers also be tops!
