Empty Promises on a Telkom Contract

Telkom is by far the worst company when it comes to customer care. They make empty promises about assistance and service delivery. Since the month of april my cellphone contract has been suspended twice, to date. It still hasn't been rectified. I in good faith process a payment for my contract every month on the stipulated date pertaining to my contract. I was quite surprised to hear that my contract had gone into arrears of R5000 this caused extreme inconvenience as i had no means of communication and it was extremely stressful to try and sort this out. Despite numerous attempts in contacting the customer care line. Im paying for data packages that i am unable to utilize due to the above facts. Going forward i await your prompt and urgent response from one of your service managers.
