Empty promises from telkom

I am so disappointed in TELKOM... I received 1985 MB watsapp data on the 1st of February and got an sms that it ran out on the 8th! How is that possible because most of the time I use wifi... When I called their call center on 081180 the lady told me there is nothing they can do... This is so ridiculous and unfair.. And on the 8th I received and sms saying TELKOM gave me 500 MB data to use on that day but I did not get it the lady told me again not all the customers get it but I got the sms
