EMPTY PROMISES FOR CORPORATE LINES CANCELLATION

<p>My Post on Hello Peter 20/06/2016</p> <p>TELKOM - IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL BUSSINESS LINE</p> <p>Our Company has tried cancelling our telephone and ADSL contracts & lines. I took all necessary documentation into Telkom Greenstone, to be told the papers had to be emailed. The lady at Telkom Greenstone assisted me by mailing them while I was in the store. Needless to say, we are still frighting daily to get this cancelled. We have had no assistamnce whatsoevee. All I received was an email (your so called contact to assist) to apologise and that the problem would be seen to, credit would be passed etc etc etc. Documentation - ONCE AGAIN as per your email request was sent through and guess what ????? NO RESULT AND NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION. I have sent through all necessary documentation to ********** on 3 ocassions now since 20/06/2016</p>
