Empty promises

Good day, I upgraded my contract on the 10th June 2021,And I was advised that I'll be getting 115 minutes to other network and 500 minutes to Telkom lines and keep the old number however upon the receipt of the device I was told that I'll be getting 25 minutes to other network and 100 minutes to Telkom. Please allocate the minutes according to our agreement over phone or cancel my contract. my telkom number ***
