Empty Promises

I ordered a Samsung S20+ via TelkomSA just few days after it's global launch (February) as a pre-order and it was to come with the ear plugs and indeed I received the device a bit late from Telkom and when I wanted to redeem for the ear plugs I could not do that and I am told the period to claim has passed.

The order of the device was done long before the period expired and when I ask Samsung they say TelkomSA is at fault and when I ask TelkomSA they refer me to Samsung no one wants to take blame. I mean I have proof of when I placed an order and I qualify for those ear plugs and I want them to fulfill the promise to their customers.

Either Samsung or Telkom has to give me my ear plugs or we can just cancel the contract and they can arrange for you device to be collected as you failed to fulfill the agreement or promise which formed part of the contract I took with you guys.
