Empty promises by Telkom and Hauwei

Am not happy with the service i got from Telkom Cresta Store, I bought Mate 20 Pro because am promised to get the Watch since am one of the first customers to get the device. Now is 2019 i have not get my watch and they are taking me from post to pool about the feedback. May you please help me to get my watch else take the device back or get something worth R5400 from the store.
