Empty Promises and Overcharging
My mother took a contract with Telkom Mobile. They promised to give her 300 mins monthly but they have not. They then overcharged her on a debit order. Instead of R179 they debited R470,20. What the hell is that? Telkom in Clearwater could not help us with the matter.
