Empty promises

I have two Telkom numbers of which 1 it’s prepaid and the other 1 is contract. On the 30/07/19 I received an sms saying I won the 5gb on mo’nice competition and again on the 01/08/19 I received the sms on another number. The 1st sms I received I did get the 5gb but the 2nd I haven’t received it yet. On the 05/08/19 I called Telkom and I spoke to a lads by the name Jibiliz and she asked me to send her the screenshots of the sms and on the 07/08/19 I sent her a follow up email trying to find out if it has been sorted. On the 12/08/19 I called again and I was told I will get the 5gb on the 13/08/19 up until today I haven’t received the 5gb
