Empty promises

Woodlands Telkom, Since 16 Dec'18 we are still waiting for feedback on a issue made on telkom side. Koketso Moeng and Susan the store manager promised us they will cancel the contracts because the mistake were made on their side. They dont reply on any emails or answer phones calls. Today we went back to the store and yet again they did not assist. Woodlands telkom are the worst and will not reccomend it to anyone.
