Empty Promises

I took a Black Friday deal mobile contract with Telkom last year and was promised a smart watch with the contract. They delivered the phone and there was no watch. I called them and they said that they are waiting for the watches and will deliver the watch as soon as they receive them. I called a week after that to ask if the watches came yet and I was told that the watch is not part of my deal. I then requested a recording of the sale to proof that the watch was part of the deal. Spoke to a Ndivhuwo and she said that she handed my query over to a manager named Thando and said that he will request the recording for me and give feedback same day (06/12/2018). Never came back to me. I called back 5 or 6 times after that and every time is another story. Either Thando is on lunch or Thando is not at his desk or they don't know a Thando . The last lady I spoke to said that it can take up to a month for a recording to get to them so I must just be patient, Thando will get back to me. Today is 14/01/2019 and no Thando. I called again today and Thando does not exist according to the lady. It's like mission impossible to get the recording from them. If I can give anyone a word of advise, NEVE EVER IN YOUR LIFE take out a contract with Telkom. There is not a worse service provider in this country than Telkom. Once they have you on a contract, the customer service is non existent and then they come with empty promises on top of it all. Stay as far away from Telkom as you can!!!!!
