empty promises

I have been waiting more than a month for my telkom line to be installed at my new adress i have recived 2 apointments where they say a technician has bees sent and they never show up telkom has cost me and my family 2 days salary already if my instalation is not copleted by friday i wil be canceling all my contracts with telkom the first apointment no one showed up and when i phoned why i was informed the the technician supervisor had canceld my order now i am the customer so who gave him the right to cancel my order telkom has given me nothing but ****y service this year and i wil not recomend them to anyone i srongly recomend that anyone who is thinking of using telkom to reconsider i have had enough of telkom and their empty promises telkom has the worst costomer service i have ever seen
