Empty Promises
On the 11th of February I got an email from Telkom regarding my complaint I put on Hello Peter of the application for insurance... I was then informed that I can enquire further from their team once my contract has been initiated... When I app**** for the insurance I was told in 5-7 working days I will get the contract emailed and up until today the 22-02/2016 I have not gotten anything... I do not know what to do now as I have my handset for more than 7 days(Which means that I might not meet the requirement for applying for insurance) .
