Empty promises

***. Its been a week since telkom promised to attend to my complaint, but nothing has happened so far.This is a clear indication that attending to complaint and general customer service is not a priority to them as they have failed yet again to live up to their promises. The said part is that i'll be billed for something that doesn't meet my needs, l regret buying their products, as they prove to me that they are not reputable as i thought.
