Empty Promises

<p>i was promised a call back by a consultant Bongani that his manager Marriam Mopedi would call me back and i asked if they could make it by 12h00 he said yes.. Mind you i held on the line for more than 30 mins for the manager and was told shes busy im still waiting no feedback regarding my query. from the 1st of march im not getting any assistance but they want to diconnect my services.. POOR SERVICE</p>
