Empty Promises

<p>I have been a victim of a crime and had my cell phone ******. Naturally i suspended my line and blocked my cell. After recieving a cell i physically went to one of their stores to activate my line they could not and refered me to the call center ..i have hence called custormer care on 10 occasions to activate my line and been told various reasons by many agents and was promised to be contacted with feedback but yet i am still waiting a week and half later... I add that when speaking to a team leader i was put on hold for almost 20minutes while still speaking... For the 1st time after being a loyal custormer i am totally disgusted by the unprofessionalism of this network n brand that claims to be the best in the business.. If having no way to contact ones loved ones means nothing to this business they sould not be to eager to deduct my monthly payment as my line was suspened just after they debited my account ... </p>
