empty promises

This is a 3rd follow up complaint on Hello Peter about the same thing. Luleka, Mwezi and Fridah from social telkom sends this automated stupid messages that the store manager will be in contact to date no one has contacted me. Which shows they don't care they just want my money and don't care what I think or feel about their service. I seriously regret.the day I moved from mtn to telkom. Can't wait for October for my contract to come to an end.
