On the 2nd of December 2015 I purchased the Sony Xperia M5 from the Telkom store in Table View, just over 2 weeks later the cellular device refused to switch on, upon which I returned to the store which then sent it away for repairs. I was promised the return of my device within 20 days suffice to say the time frame lapsed and after multiple follow ups I was then advised that due to the inconvenience caused and the non-usage of the device I would be compensated for my loss. This had pleased me at the time as it showed an understanding for the position I was placed in. A month and half later by chance I walked into the Canal Walk store and discovered that my device was in fact ready for collection. To my aggravation no one had bothered notifying me however, I was bolstered with the knowledge that I would be compensated for my loss. Low and behold after countless calls and an escalation I am yet to be compensated for the loss of usage for the time my device was in repair. To top it off the device is found to have the same problem and is in repair yet again. I have had a device that has spent half its span in repair yet my account is being happily debited each month. <br>
