Empty Promises

Yesterday 2016/02/02 I spoke to one of Telkom's Representatives that assured me that my ADSL line would be installed in this week, early this morning one of their technicians entered my estate I presume to do work on a other house in the estate. What does not make any sense to me is why he did not come to my house afterwards to do a 5 min job yet i get a SMS from telkom that the soonest they can help me will be on the 18th of Feb??? I then phone to find out why this is? The representative then tells me that the technicians are only allowed to do 5 jobs per day (mind blown) so if every job he does for that day takes 5 min that technician will only work 25min for that day and i bet they get paid for a full days work? I write my rant on here with the hope that something will be done about this? Come on Telkom this is bad very bad.
