Empty Promises

The telephone cable outside our house was struck by lightning. The cable is burnt and broken in half, lying on the ground. I have reported this over a week ago. On Saturday the Call Centre told me a technician was assigned to fix the problem. On Sunday we received an sms that the technician attended to the problem and I must rate the service. What a joke! No one contacted us or fixed the problem, I reported this again, again with empty promises that the cable will be repaired soon. Soooo Frustrated, what more must we do to get service!!
