Empty promises

Three weeks ago, I completed an application form for a Telkom landline and internet. I selected the applicable contract and was told that installation will take place within 7 to 21 Working days. Well, it is now 23 days later and I still do not have a phone at home. About a week after completing the application at Mall@Reds, I got a call from an agent, who had no idea what she was talking about - she could not answer any of my questions. Since then, I have not heard anything from Telkom. Do you not want the business???
