Empty promises

I signed up for their uncapped lte promotion on 21st<br> 21st. Everything has been approved, on Wednesday 23rd a lady phoned to say someone will contact me to arrange delivery by Monday, NO ONE PHONED. I phone their call centre on the 30th. It takes 30 minutes to reach a consultant, then get put on hold. In total I spent 90minutes on the line only to be told my application has been approved. The line cuts out and the consultant doesnt phone me back. Poor service delivery. Do they expect me to spend another 90minutes at my own cost, the original consultant doesnt reply to my e-mails. The local branch claim I have to phone the call centre. Everyone is passing the buck and im not receiving my products nor quality service.
