Empty promise TELKOM

I loaded a complaint on Hello Peter last week, Telkom rep**** that they will call me, but AGAIN they did not deliver on their promise...<br> <br> I've been struggling for 2 months now to get my line up and running, TELKOM didn't pitch on their last 3 appointments that they made and today is the 4th one that they missed...<br> <br> My previous complaint reference number was: SM142361...<br> <br> Nothing happened after my complaint and numerous calls to the call centre, I spoke to Thembi Zwane who promised to call me back, AGAIN AN EMPTY PROMISE!!!<br> <br> When will my line be installed???
