Empty promise and advertising

Advertising Iphone 12 but since 18 Dec 2020 until now Telkom has no stocks. Telkom is not prepared for dealing with Iphone 12 contract deals. How can you run a business like this? Advertising since December 2020 for \iphone deals that you have no stocks at all? Don't blame about Corona Virus for poor managing. Start ONLY Advertising when you have secured all IPhone 12 in stocks.
