Empty Promise

I have done online application and as per email response you said you'll call me within 48 hours to finalize the application, till to date I havent received your call as promised and done another application for the same thing and still waiting for a consultant to call . I have called in last week last week on the 26th to ask if we can finalize the application and was promised that the consultant will give me a ring the following day and till to date Im still waiting for their call.
