Empty offers

<p>So on the 24th of Jan between 4 and 5pm telkom phoned me and offered me 10mb adsl with uncapped data and line rental for R799pm. Thats almost R200 less than i pay vurrently and faster internet. I asked if the exchange had been upgraded and i was assured that this was true. Do i accpeted and was told i would receive email conformation and my new modem within the next week</p> <p> </p> <p>Fast forward to today and ofcourse it was all too good to be true. I called the sales department and theres no note of this on my account, not just that, but my area cant handle 10mb yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>So with there being a recording and me accepting, if i dont get a response from telkom within the next 6 businesd days with a solution i will be taking this further</p>
