I took out a contract at your springs branch , which was promoted to have come with a dress your tech voucher..I have been running between the shop to customer care and then to sales...Nobody can apparently help and each one keeps transferring me to another department?

Seems suspicious that not one of your employees has the capacity or knowledge of knowing what to do!!
