Employee of the year - Telkom Waterfall Mall NW

I went to Telkom yesterday to enquire about uncapped adsl installation in my home. Corne Swart, the consultant at the counter helped me within seconds, told me what i needed AND went the extra mile. She wrote her name on my app form AND gave me her personal email address for any further assistance. Next day i went back. She greeted me like an old friend and took in all my docs. Half an hour after my app was given to her i received my sms from Telkom for my installation. <br> <br> Corne made me believe in customer service again and also restored my faith in humanity.
