Employee of the Year

After being sent back and forth by many people within Telkom, I had the absolute pleasure of getting in contact with Ilhaam Williams, she truly went above and beyond to make sure my ADSL situation was resolved, she got relevant heads of departments involved and constantly kept me updated with what was happening. I am happy to say that I now have fully functional ADSL thanks to Ilhaam. If Telkom had more people like her handling issues I feel Telkom would be an awesome service provider,she deserves a massive raise!!!!!
