Employ staff that can actually do their job.

<p>Absolutely pathetic. Been to the Sandton store 3 times and received zero help. The staff are lazy and do not care about your needs. A skinny coloured man named ASHWIN ANDREWS assisted me on both these occasions and he was rude and extremely unhelpful. In fact, while I was explaining my request to him he burst out laughing and said 'sorry I wasn't listening to you, I was listening to my friend'. He then rep**** saying he doesn't know how to assist me and suggested I go to another store - which I had just explained to him I was at, if he had listened he would have known. </p> <p> </p> <p>My previous visit, I had a query where I needed to know what would happen to my wifi if I relocated - to this, he rep**** 'Shew tough luck'. I eventually had to go to another telkom branch in Sandton to receive help.</p> <p>For lack of a better word, pathetic employees Telekom. Do better. Tried to call the Sandton branch and complain but the number listed online isn't even correct.</p>
