Emials deleted without warning

<p>We have been clients with Telkom for about 3/4 years. Recently I started having problems with sending emails, they never reached the people I mailed to.</p> <p>On 25 Oct 2016 I contacted 10217 to find out what the issue was. The lady then told me that it is because we upgraded to another package that email is not part of the package. We now have to create a stand alone mail. It would take about 20-30 mins and I had attend a meeting at 12:00 that day. She then PROMISED to contact me at 13:30 to sort this out. NO CALL!! I then contacted 10217 again and a male answered - not knowing how to help me, he put me through to another department, who in return transferred me back to reception... I kept calm and decided to take 1 more chance...</p> <p>John Mugovhoro was very kind and assisted quickly... Creating a stand alone mail, but NOT INFORMING ME THAT I WOULD LOSE 4 YEARS OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! I am NOT happy... I have a daycare and on that mail address I have mails to and from SOCIAL SERVICES among other important mails!!!</p> <p>I now INSIST that TELKOM recovers my mails immediately.</p>
