Emergency Doctor and Dentist Telephone and ADSL line been out of action for 3 weeks

<p>We are a Doctor and Dentist Practice in Highlands North, Johannesburg</p> <p>Our main telephone and ADSL line has been out of order since 14 May 2016</p> <p>We phone to find out the Status of the fault daily - sometimes more than once a day</p> <p>Because we are a Medical practice Telkom have promised to escalate the problem</p> <p>But to no avail - the line is still out of order</p> <p>We get repeated sms's to say the problem is resolved - but it is still not working</p> <p>Please Help</p>
