Embarrassingly Useless Customer care
I have NEVER dealt with a more useless company in my life before. Our wifi has been down for three weeks now. Your employees contradict each other, we have been told that our router is broken and the line is working by several Telkom employees and we have also been told that our line is down and the router is working by several Telkom employees. We have also missed two technicians at our house because no one warned us they would be there beforehand. I'd like to be contacted immediately and get this sorted as soon as possible.
